Pet Amenities at The Coda
Community Pet Spa & Wash Station
Keeping your pet clean has never been easier. Registered residents and their registered pets have access to our convenient pet spa and pet wash facilities, making it simple to keep your companion looking and feeling their best without leaving the community.
To ensure fair access and cleanliness, only registered pets belonging to current residents may use the pet wash facilities. Guest pets are not permitted.

On-Site Pet Relief Area
The Coda features a dedicated pet relief area conveniently located on the property. This landscaped space includes AstroTurf and a pet waste station to help residents maintain a clean and enjoyable environment.
We ask all pet owners to be responsible and promptly clean up after their pets to help keep the community looking its best.
Pet Policies & Community Guidelines
To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all residents, certain areas of the community have restrictions regarding pets and animals.
Amenity Spaces
Only registered, certified, and trained Service Animals are permitted in resident amenity areas. This includes spaces such as the fitness center, study lounges, clubhouse, pool deck, and other shared amenities.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) do not qualify for access to resident amenity spaces unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
Pool & Hot Tub Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets and animals are not permitted in the pool, hot tub, pool deck, or surrounding pool areas. The only exception is for certified Service Animals accompanying their handler as permitted by law.
Pet Sitting
Only pets registered to current residents are permitted within the community. Pet sitting for non-resident animals is not allowed.
