What is a Guarantor?

A parent or other qualified, responsible party with the means to make payment should a resident fail to do so. Our Guaranty Agreement requires that an active credit/debit card be registered to solidify this agreement.

WHAT SHOULD MY STUDENT / DEPENDENT BRING TO THEIR NEW APARTMENT?

Cooking Utensils – pots, pans, etc
Kitchenware – cups, plates & eating utensils
Spices, Napkins & Paper Towels
Bedroom – blankets, sheets & pillows
- We provide free standing metal bed frame with headboard and memory foam mattress. Either Full XL 54”W x 80”L x 22”H or Queen 60”W x 80”L x 22” H. Size depends on apartment type.
- All beds have storage drawers underneath.
Bathroom – shower curtain, trash can, laundry basket, bath mat/towels/washcloths/trash can, etc.
