From Yoga, Pilates to rowing and kickboxing, we have specialized equipment that residents utilize when participating in the instructor lead live and on demand classes. No keys or even key Fobs to lose, use your cell phone. Each building entry door and specific amenity rooms have controlled access. All apartment doors are equipped with a Yale NextTouch Deadbolt Lock.

Podcast Room using a Savant Control System with an in-wall touchscreen and keypad for control of audio, video and lighting. Specialty WRGB light strips can create an endless array of colors to enhance the podcast experience. The room also includes acoustical panels which will reduce the echo or sound resonance necessary in a podcast session. The room is equipped with a Samsung 65″ LED TV, Sony camera, a mixer and two microphones.

Bathroom mirrors with built in LED lights and heated anti-fog glass. Don’t worry about taking a steamy shower, you’ll be able to brush your teeth immediately when exiting.

No need to fork over the big bucks for some Starbucks! Fill up your cup with some tasty brew from our commercial grade coffee machine. Latte, americano, cappuccino or hot chocolate for the kid in you! It just tastes better when it’s free! Just one more perk of living at The Coda!

Utilizing Luxor One package lockers in a designated package room. Pictures are taken when packages are delivered and when the locker is accessed by the receiving resident. Residents can use the lockers to ship / return packages as well. Check out a quick video.

Plenty of outside bike racks for your two-wheeled transportation. In addition, The Coda offers inside bike racks in a separate locked room that residents can rent.

Just lights that look cool, use little energy and make sure you have the visibility you need when walking down our hallways.

No sharp edges, just a clean smooth transition from countertop to side of the countertop.

Yes, we have a 13-person shuttle that will run a continuous loop from our location to a specific location on campus. The shuttle is for resident use only and will be trackable and can be reserved by residents through a mobile app.

While our coffee machine makes decent coffee, it’s not the caliber of Café Kabul! Their coffee feeds your soul!

We are enthralled to have Café Kabul right next to The Coda. We are working with them to provide our residents with specific Coda Resident-only discounts, a Coda special drink, and other cyclical offerings to be determined.
